Pre-Orders?
Pre-Orders have a timeline of 2 weeks- 1 month ahead before the actual availability of the product!

Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express
If you’re local (Boston/Northshore/Southshore) you can choose the option to meet with me and pay Cash only !
Can I Exchange / Return An Item?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges/returns. Many of our pieces are made to order or handmade once an order is placed
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by clicking your tracking number.
When will my order will shipped?

What Happens If I Forget To Use A Discount Code?
Once your order has been placed we will not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
